I have an Unusual IT Request, can you handle it ?

If we find our team cannot handle your request then we have a large number of partners from around the world who we can refer you to. These are reliable suppliers who will be able to complete your project to your satisfaction.

My project is very small can you handle it ?

Yes, we deal with any IT project however small.

Can you fix my PC's, Clear Viruses or Install Software for me ?

No, Im sorry this is one thing we do not offer. As our developers are based all over the world they are unable to visit your promises.

Where are you based ?

Our company are based in Essex in England. Our team of developers are based all over the world.

How do I pay for you services ?

If we can handle your project in-house you will pay us directly. If we need to refer you to one of our partners then you will have to pay them directly - all of our partners currently accept payment via PayPal.

How many developers do you have on your team

We currently have 40+ different developers in our team. This number is growing every month .

How well qualified our your developers ?

This varies from developer to developer but on the whole they are highly experienced in what they do and most are educated to degree level.

How Much Do Your Charge ?

How Long Will My Project Take ?

This will obviously vary from project to project but we shall be able to give you an estimate at the beginning.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept ?

For the majority of clients we currently only accept payments via PayPal. (UK based clients can contact us for alternative payment methods).

What are your payment terms ?

This varies from project to project, however we usually ask for between 25% & 33% up front with the remainder due at the end of the project. However this is negotiable and subject to change for certain projects.
